Not really.. I'm a very chatty person

but I find dealing with people out and about quite draining. I've no confidence when out so I try to avoid social gatherings

Yes. I wear Green Tea perfume to work (because it's my favorite), and White Shoulders on the weekends (because it's my hubby's favorite).
