I have a persian (himalayan) cat she is turning 2 in July. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. She is so loveable to me, but really not to anyone. I work long hours and I often feel guilty she doesn't have a playmate. If I got another kitten would that be a good or bad thing.

My cat has her front paws declawed if that means anything. She is an indoor cat. Any advice would be appreciated

I found that my cats flourished when I brought playmates into the house. Trixie was much better as a matter of fact. Not so mischevious when she was alone.

For me watching my kids play together is such a great joy. They seem to have so much fun. Some nights we just sit and watch them. If you do decide to get anouther cat recognize there might be an adjustment period but I couldn't imagine life without all my kids.
