Seems real enough. They even claim that spending your money there would also help save your money too. Good marketing at targeting a specific audience. It seems that now would be quite a good time to reintroduce simony.

It is tongue-in-cheek, a satire. I think it's funny, but then again, a) I am not Christian b) I have a twisted sense of humor.

They also sell Jesus panties that are quite funny.
Like "What would Jesus Do?" text on the front of them..

I agree. Its a satirical site and carries the kitsch value...

A friend of mine has the Jesus car air freshener.
But she got it at a store, not online.

It this is the real thing, I find it disgusting, despicable and deplorable.

Well all, I don't know what you mean by the "real thing"...
It is a real thing..You can order these items but they are all tongue in cheek and completely satirical..So, yes, its a joke, but they are there to purchase.

Yeah, it's the same people who brought us Landover Baptist and Satan's Plug, or whatever it was they called tampons. I think it's pretty funny.

I probably have a sick sense of humor - I thought it was funny, i.e., very tongue-in-cheek. Talk about showing people how absurd things can be. I can rightly be labeled a "queen of mixed emotions", but I found it absolutely surreal that many of the politicians who vociferously opposed the removal of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube were such staunch supporters of the death penalty. Doesn't the same apply to the anti-abortionists who supported the invasion of Iraq based on unproven claims that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and was a "threat to the free world"? Where does the "sanctity of life" begin and end? Human beings are obviously too susceptible to propaganda and the manipulations of their "chosen" representatives.

I agree, jcat...And the tongue in cheek is very black. Its meant to convey this hypocrisy and hits the mark....The same prolife advocates would send their sons who are still children into certain death over propaganda and a war that no one wins.
This is what the fetus carrying the machine gun symbolizes.
It makes light of the absolutely absurd.

Definately not my taste AT ALL, but I do see the point~

That whole site is hilarious! I would love to get the "Heathen" t-shirt and "Hell-o Satan" stuff. LOL Fabulous!!

I'm so glad to see that good satire is alive and well. (Have I mentioned that Jonathan Swift is one of my favs? )

I really like the "Hell-o Satan" stuff, and would love to wear something like that to school - I'm so sick of seeing all the "Hello Kitty" accessories there (most popular with the twenty-somethings). Unfortunately, I couldn't get away with it.
