One thing I loved about my kitty

My cat Tiger, who sadly passed almost 2 years ago now, used to walk and her nails would make a clicking noise like she was wearing heels. I used to love hearing her come through the kitchen strutin her stuff. She was the Queen Bee and we all knew it! One cool kitty I'll always miss!

Franz: I love how when I am getting ready for bed, Franz will sit at the foot of the bed waiting for me. When I finally (his thoughts) get in bed, with by head on the pillow he RUNS up from the foot of the bed and FLOPS himself right against my chest.

Maddie: Not sure it this is a favorite thing or just something that tugs at my heart. Maddie was formally a street cat, so whenever I eat something that interests her (tonight it was French fries) she comes up to me and taps her paw against my thigh, to get a nibble. Never demanding, claws retracted, with a look on her face that would please Charles Dickens. The true look of and hungry waif.

i used to love the way my old cat would come out with me when i went to the shop and then sit at the end of the street and wait for me to get back....as soon as she would see me coming round the corner again she would jump up and run towards me with her tail high and a look of sheer delight,,,,, it was such a nice welcome home.

another thing my old cat used to do that was great was rattle the letterbox when she wanted to be let in,,,,i miss that little sound of the letterbox constantly clinking
