Hi, our 2 year old male cat, Marley, was just diagnosed with Diverticulitis of the Bladder.
This diagnosis comes after 8 months of vet visits, testing for crystals in the urine (which he had), antibiotics, special RX food, anti-aniexty pills everyday and now an ultra-sound.
Our vet (who has an excellent reputation & is extremely compassionate and patient) has suggested surgery by a "specialist" to remove this "congenital" condition.
Has anyone ever dealt with this? Does anyone have a cat that had this, had the surgery and is thriving today?
Any advice would be great - Thanks!!!!! d&b
