Last night I had one... I am still trying to figure it out... Here we go:
For some reason I had to go to La Fortaleza (The palace of the governor of Puerto Rico) to talk with the governor about something, I don't exactly remember what, but I had some date with the governor.
When I come into the palace, I find the large iron gates that have guarded the building for 50 years, ajar. I come in. The wooden doors are also ajar. I come in to find another set of doors, this time closed with a big lock, and I am inside a horizontal hallway and on my right side, is like a tiny empty office with a computer which is turned on... but no one's there.
I come into the office and sit down at the computer desk, and find something below the desk. A calico cat dozing off right next to a printer. When I wake up the cat he starts talking to me saying hi how are you, and asks me my name and then he tells me that he's the "feral cat of La Fortaleza", that he showed up newborn and hungry during the previous governorship, and the staff started feeding him and he's been living up there ever since.
I ask the cat where was everyone, and that I was expecting to talk to the governor and he tells me that they are all off at a meeting and that they will arrive within a few hours. And then we start having like the wonderful conversation like two newly made friends, right there in that tiny office and then walk a bit down the hallway of the entrance of the palace, and that he's telling me all of the gossip of virtually everything the governor does, including his private life, which he knows because according to him people are yet to learn to watch what they say on front of cats... he even starts talking as a real scandal claiming that the governor has got on the government payroll a priest to give him and his family mass in the private chapel of La Fortaleza. he even jokes that the reason the mail room is located further down the street is that if a mailbomb gets sent, the bomb will not explode in the palace.
He even tries to help me telling me all the secrets and things I need to do to get a meeting with the governor arranged, and make sure I don't get rejected...
thats about the entire dream... I never get around to when the governor arrives or anything... its just that conversation with the calico cat in the reception of the Palace.
Still trying to figure out what it means, though.
