I booked today off as leave - so I've been hanging around supervising hubby tiling the kitchen; lazing on the hall floor with my laptop on my knee and making a cup of tea every now and again. Pure bliss!

Next week is finals week and today is "Dead Day" (no class so you can study) I have a paper to write (which I will probably push off til the last minute) and I am going to clean the bathroom very thoroughly today. Fun right?

I'm about to head out of the door to get some gas so that I can finish pressure washing my driveway. Then, if I do finish that, I'll start on the house.
This should be loads of fun with a 5 year old getting in the way......he's out of school for the summer.
Then, once I'm finished with my projects outside, it's back in the house to start supper......stuffed pasta shells tonight! (hopefully - that's the plan anyway!)

I am at work for about another 6 and a half hours.
At least it's Friday and it's suppose to rain this weekend. Of course.... it's the oppening day for boating season so it has to rain.

Waiting for an invasion......er I mean visitors. Nine relatives, seven of which are kids. We had wanted to put up the outside of the cat enclosure today, but of course it is pouring rain.
We have decided instead to move the chicken wire door Mike made to the bedroom and confine Prowler and Gypsy inside until the invaders, I mean the visitors leave!
Last we heard they are about 3 hours from us. They stopped at a campground till the rain lets up- HA~ This is Oregon, rain NEVER lets up!

I'm chatting on TCS haven't been on here much this week so I have some serious catching up to do. Elmos annoying me and keeps getting in the way of the screen!
At midday I am leaving to Palmerston North and tomorrow I'm judging the Domestic Cat section at a Cat Show, for the first time.

Guess what? I was going to leave early today but now I'm stuck at work because one of my STUPID co workers (who I DISLIKE with a PASSION)
have disappeared and a student of HIS needs assistance. With luck it will be 4:30 pm before I can go home!
