help resize my signature picture

Hi there, I just recieved a privet note from one of the Monitors saying that my Signature photo is over the 30k limit.. She told me I would be able to find help here to resize it to the correct size limit.

Can someone help me?

OK, 4th time is a charm.... (I kept getting my post lost!)

I took some liberties with this. I picked the five pics I thought were best, reduced the overall size to 100 x 100, added Leo's name to all frames, and slowed it all down to 1 second per frame.
Just download this and upload it to your host.
If you like it, of course...
