it's going to be a horrible day........

I got up this morning and walked into the kitchen only to find the huge pot of crawfish ettouffee that I cooked last night still sitting on the stove! I can't believe that I fell asleep last night without picking it up!!! I'm soooo mad at myself!

This can only be a sign as to how the rest of the day will go......

There, there... if you think like that it will be a horrible day. Think positive and I am sure it will all be alright

Yeah, I know I need to forget it. It's just so depressing - a lot of work and not cheap to make!

Oh well, now I'm trying to figure out what do to for supper tonight!

I think that I'm going to try to throw some chicken, brocoli, cheese and rice together and see what I get. I'm in a cheesy chicken mood.

Well don't fall asleep again!!
