so I came home from a double shift at 7:30am and my female cat ran to me and started purring and acting sooo loving. My mom told me "oh, she might have her babies soon or something" so i started rubbing her tummy and she was meowing so much it was odd. I was so tired and I went to bed, I woke up around 1pm and Butters was still acting weird! so I old her "want me to make a bed for you now for your babies?" and right when I said that I heard a little meow in the walking closet! I searched and I only saw 1, so I called the vet and asked them what was going on and I told her that her tummy wasen't even big! she told me that is was possible because it was her first time being pregnant. But then she told me it can take up to 24 hours to deliver, but they are so signs of her having more, she's running and she's acting normal! and my male cat is doing well! he looks at the baby kind of weird but no signs of agression! <3

I am so happy!

i'm really glad is just 1. that way I can take care of it better.

Yes, the kitty is healthy, it's a female! I told my little sister to name is, it's nameless right now. <3

Yes don't let the momma near the male because she will be pregnant again very soon. unless you neutered him already.

he's neutered and relax! he's not acting aggressive towards the baby and the momma! hehe. All of the cats are in my room, I keep Butters and the baby in the walking closet and well, the boy sleeps with me. I didn't want to put my boy in another room, that will just hurt me because he's slept in my room since he was a baby, so I can't do that. BUT! he's acting normal, from the first day he accepted baby Wednesday. My boy is not agressive and he's really nice! he licks and rubs his face towards the baby! aww. <3

Ok this may sound a bit insane but, I once had a neutered male who actually tried to nurse strays. He was the best surrogate a kitty could ask for. But you still should be careful with the baby and him in the same room

I work at a no kill cat shelter/adoption service. We had this male cat for awhile named Arthur. He once got past me and out of his kennel while a few kittens were having their free time out of their kennel. Arthur approached the kittens and raised a paw ... I was thinking "great, he's going to scratch up the kittens faces ... or worse." But actually he just held the kitten and down and gave it a very thorough bath. You never know!

I had a cat a long time ago (before everyone had their cats spayed and neutered) who always had a litter of 1. She had probably 6 or 7 litters and never had more then 1!

HAHAHA ... Arthur looks a LOT like our Luna .. except luna does not have the bib .. but he too has that nurturing nature... before he was neutered when my fiance brought home delilah .. Luna acted like she was his baby, which is why my fiance thought he was a female *LOL* ... i had to inform him that he had 2 .. UHhh berries *LOL*... but after that he has been carring for shadow and geo both and very pacient ... only thing i am worried about is that he will steal Delilah's babies for his own *lol*

Arthur looks like my Kitty Bear. She's quite the nuturer too. After my surgery, she became my nurse and wouldn't let me get out of bed without her. Arthur's story broke my heart. So glad he's got a good home with you.
