does anyone know what would make a very healthy kitten one day, seem to be paralized the next day. I have three healthy Birman kittens. One of them seems to be paralized in the front today for no reason at all. I can't tell if he got hurt, because nothing seems swollen or out of place. He seems to be favoring his left front leg, but when I try to stand him up he just flops onto his side. I'm taking him to the vet in the morning. He doesn't seem sick at all, he is eating and drinking. I'm hoping he just sprained something. I feel so bad for this baby. I've been keeping him seperated from the other kittens. He was hiding under the dresser when I went to check on him last. He must have gotten there on his own. I'm so baffled.

I don't know how old your kittens are, but personally I wouldn't wait long to get this kitten to a vet. Birman kittens are prone to congentital defects, wobbly kitten and other afflictions. If you kitten is quite young, waiting could be a detriment.
