No need for toys today!

There's a fly in my house! (buzz buzz)

I was wondering what the kids were tearing around after, thinking they were just being their usual crackhead selves, when lo and behold little mister fly lands on my shoulder...which Emma then throws herself on with reckless abandon!!

I tell ya, never a dull moment around here!

Poor fly...

One night, there was a fly in my bedroom just as I was trying to fall asleep. Willow jumped all over the place trying to catch it. I figured I'd be up all night, but she grabbed it in mid-air and ate it. No more fly, and we both got some sleep.

I think flies make one of the best toys! When Lucky was a kitten there was a fly in the apartment, who was probably on his last legs. Lucky wasn't really sure what to do with it. So when it was walking along the floor she lay down next to it to keep it company! If it walked too far away she would get up and move closer. I believe that fly died of natural causes! lol
