I've had this craving for grilled Salmon, so I think I'm going to get a salmon fillet and BBQ it with lemon juice. Of course the kittes will get their fair share (not like my little furry sausages need it tho)

It's time for steaks, I think...with peppercorn and tarragon sauce, baked potatoes and probably asparagus. And there's a ripe mango on the counter that will find its way into dessert -- maybe a drunken mango shortcake.

Ok, here's a quickie idea that some of my teachers did yesterday for lunch, and I never would have thought of it. Buy what we call 'cardboard pizzas' (the frozen kind - even the store brand will do) and doctor them up with some fresh ingredients. It improves them 100%, with little or no effort.

We do that quite frequently around here, Deb.....and if you grate some good parmesan or other good hard cheese on it, it helps that much more!

Tonight we had hambuger steak, baked potato, salad and fresh homade rolls...mmmmmm!

Mmmmmm we actually went to Logan's Roadhouse tonight. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with homemade chips and baked potato soup. I stuffed myself. It was a good meal but I hate feeling too full

I've done that before too. I like putting on extra cheese and ham. Don't ever get the Safeway kind though.
It was so bad I made a warning for it as an MSN display pic.

I had a Teen Burger and onion rings from A&W tonight. I haven't had that in ages.
