The Positive Affirmations Thread

So five minutes ago I was sitting here doubled over with period pain, and trying to think of nice things (

), when I thought, `Wouldn't it be nice to start a Positive Affirmations thread on TCS?' I don't know if it's been done before, but I haven't seen one, so I am hereby starting a daily thread of nice things we can say to ourselves. It's such a lovely site and I always feel happy when I'm on it, so this is kind of just a little thank you to all my fur-friends out there! Please share your positive thoughts and affirmations too!

Positive Affirmation 28 April 2005

I listen with love and gratitude to my body's messages. My body helps me learn about myself.

Thought it was appropriate given that some horrid little fiend is currently in my belly stripping it down with paint thinner!!!
