There was an announcement in an area paper this week from a woman who's starting a feral cat trap/neuter/return-contain program in Jefferson County, Wisconsin.
There will be a meeting at the Fort Atkinson McDonalds at 7 pm on Friday May 13. Would love to see anyone from this list who lives in the area.
