Right!

I put on 24 kilos comfort eating in my miserable marriage and now it's time for it to come off again! I have never been this big in my life and am so tired of it. I have given myself six months to lose 19.5kg.

I have also entered the Fat Blaster challenge that starts in May. The aim is to take the Fat Blaster supplements for 12 weeks, and with a healthy diet and exercise, to lose as much weight and get as fit as you can.

Check out the prizes they are mind-blowing. For first place you win a $45000 VW Golf, $15000 cash, a $5000 holiday and $2000 in beauty products.

So, is 12 weeks of torture and dieting worth all this?

I THINK SO!!!!!!!!

So I'm after all the vibes I can get from everywhere, and I've popped a ticker in my sig so I can monitor my progress here.

Thanks in advance!!

And, given that it's finally time for my 300th post after the big crash of 04, I thought I'd better reply to my own thread to get it...lol

Um, well, to put it in a `family' way, it's that thing Mummy and Daddy do to make a baby when they REALLY love each other....

And not especially romantically, many Australian boys when they are drunk in pubs think it's hysterical to go up to pretty girls and say `Wanna root?'.

Delightful.

It's like that other word you use in the US, `fanny'. Over there I believe it means your bottom, but over here it means your other bottom!!! (For a female). That's why those lyrics in The Nanny always crack up everyone here - `She was out on her fanny' has a completely different meaning in Oz!!

YOU GO GIRL!!!
COOL!!!
Hope to chat on "The Official Workout Support Thread" There are some great motivators: Katpixiedust (Katherine) is an aerobic instructor and shares so much of what she knows. Ugaimes (Amy) is our beloved coach. Anytime you don't feel like exercising, check in and we'll be glad to help!

Lots of luck to you!

Rooting doesn't just mean 'having ***' here in NZ it means 'cheering on your team' as well. So I am rooting for you!
