I signed As I sit here looking at my boys I wonder what kind of weapon I would use against someone who killed my cat b/c they accidentialy got outside.Do you think these J.O.'s are really going to care if a cat is wearing a collar! I dont!
I signed it. Cats can, and are, shot in my county all the time, and the vast majority of those shot are pets!

sigh i live pretty close to wisconsin, this scares me so much
my cat always slips outside and we have to chase her down, she broke down the screen window and was out for a while the other night

I hate to tell you, but the same law being proposed in Wisconsin already exists in Minnesota. Cat hunting is legal in your state. Protect your baby!Originally Posted by ilovejoelyo
