I have been bottle-feeding these kittens for 2 weeks now.The momma got run over and someone called school and wanted to know if anyone could take them...so of course I ended up with 5 little babies. They said they thought they were a week to 10 days old when they brought them to me...that would make them around 3 weeks or a little over if they are right, but I think they were off a little on the age(not much though).
It doesn't really matter though..they are so cute...and they are doing really well.
I am trying not to get attached, but it is so hard.LOL.
There are 3 girls and 2 boys.
They will all be spayed/neutered in a few weeks(around 2 lbs)and then they will be ready for new homes.I know I will be soooooo picky on who adopts these guys after I have "mommied" them for so long.
Anyway here are their pics.Sorry they aren't that great, but is is hard to get the little guys to sit still.LOL.

Cute! Mine are 3 weeks. Gross question but how often do they poop? Mine haven't since I picked them up from the vet yesterday morning. I don't want them to explode but the wiping with a warm wet cloth thing isn't working. Thanks.

Well, they are using the bathroom some on their own now(which makes for messy stinky babies.LOL.),so I am not really sure how often they go.

A week or so ago they were pooing maybe once a day or every other day.

Maybe try a warm moist cotton ball and go in a circular motion.
If they don't go pretty soon I would call the vet, because it is not good for them to go too long without pooping.

Thanks! They are pretty clean but if they don't go by tomorrow I'll go back to the vet like I did when they didn't eat. I think they like to ride in the car so they keep doing this to me. As soon as they saw food at the vet they ate so as soon as they get to the vet they will potty right?

OMG, they are adorable! I have also bottle fed 3 kitties after their mother was run over by a car. I got them when they were 3 days old. They were premature babies, and their eyes didn't fully developed. They are now four years old. (Gordo in my siggy is one of them
) The owner kept 2 of them, and I just found out that those two cats are missing.
