Agresif cat pls help

oh ya. i got this problem since i get Orange
he's fine all the time
but he can suddenly become so agresif
run here and there. knocking down things
and scatching everything.
sometimes he even climb up the curtains
his fur on his back was up (sign of agresif i think)
when i touch him he bites me and scatch me!

then i put him into his cage and he start meowing nonstop
tis cause me cant sleep
so i let him out...
sometime he continue the agresif thing again...

after some while he'll calm down and act like a timid cat...

1) is he neutered? males can ge crazy and agressive if they remain intact and you will need to get that done right away.

2)how old is he? it sounds like typical kitten behavior as far as runing arounf and knocking things over, with the biting, he might just be playing too rough. don't use your hands to play with him, only use toys otherwise he will always think your hands as well as other peoples hands are toys to attack.
