I've been watching it since I got home. Some jerk put his cats face near an open flame to teach him not to scratch. Is this an idiot or what? The ASPCA has custody of the cat.

Right now they are inspecting an apartment that is filled with cats and dogs is small cages, all kinds of them. Talk about an animal collector!
