It is official, adopting 2 new kittens! Pics!

Well as I said in my last post, we were adopting Caesar and possibly one more. Well I spoke with the breeder and she is going to let us adopt Vinnie too, he was the other kitten we fell in love with, when we were visiting Caesar. We are so excited and we are also glad Monte will have a few buddies to hang out with!

Thank you so much for all the kind words! We have also just bought a new, much larger house and are the process of moving in. Once everything is put away and we have our two new babies, we will be all set!

LOL. I presume he is buying the kittens, but he calls it adoption. Many breeders do call it adoption, actually. It sounds better than selling the kitties, but you still pay the money.

I was wondering because when my mom bred Siamese while I was growing up, we used to get many kittens and Cocker pups free from breeders due to maybe a small health issue, being the runt of the litter, etc...so we always had free purebreds coming into the house. Just wondering if this was the case...otherwise, yea, not exactly a true adoption.

Side note, even when you "adopt" from a shelter or humane society, you still have to pay for the animal. At least that's the case where I live.

What unusual cats.They're so cute!Look like they're aliens dropped off from a different planet.I've seen these at pet shows and would love to pet one to see how they feel! Very nice photos!

Very soft and very warm to the touch.

One breeder allowed me to touch one of her cats back when I was showing Mik, and I remember he/she was like a little heating pad! They're such sweet little things.

Apparently, they catch a draft quite easily. I imagine that's why Monte's (VERY responsible) parents keep him in sweaters.

Monte is so lucky to get two adorable little brothers! You are going to have a cuteness overload with your 3 precious sphynxes! Keep us updated with lots of pics please- your kits are so darling!

I am picking up Vinnie next Thursday!!! Here are a few new pics of him. We have to wait till late May/early June to get Caesar.
