We adopted 2 cats almost 2 years ago both from the same litter. One is a tiger and the other a calico. They'll be about 3 years old in May. The problem I'm having is when we leave on a trip, the tiger will get angry with me and chew threw electric cords, i.e. cell phone charger cords, regular lamps cords. She just chewed threw my second phone charger cord! What can I do? She doesn't do this when I'm home?

Hi Sresje, I moved your question here so that people would see it. I almost missed it myself.
There are a few things you can do to help. The first would be to buy the plastic wraps to cover cords. I know for sure Radio Shacks sell them. The second would be to put some bitter spray you can find at pet supply stores on the cords. However, the wraps are easeir because with the spray you have to re apply every so often. The main goal is to keep her from getting shocked. The wraps will work in that respect. The spray tends to curb the behavior. The one I know is safe is made by natures miracle. I hope this helps!!
