Do you see a resemblance?

I got some pictures of two of Jamie's brothers in the mail yesterday. They'll be 6 next week, and all have their mom's green eyes. Here's Jamie, formerly known as Tertius:

This is Secundus, whom his foster family decided to keep right from the start:

This is Quartus, the "runt" of the litter. A couple of people were interested in adopting him, but didn't, because he was so timid that he hid under the bed whenever anybody came, so he's still living with Secundus:

Here are both Secundus and Quartus:

I don't have any recent pictures of sister Prima, a gray tiger, and brother Quintus, a tuxedo with much less black than Secundus or Jamie.

I'd say laugh - This family (French) has done so much fostering/adopting that they've simply run out of French/German/English/Latin names. The last cat they adopted, a little tuxedo male, is called "Tertia", because he looks incredibly like Jamie, but is so petite that everybody thinks he's female.

I can't imagine a family reunion! You might be bringing home the wrong kitty!

Dad was probably a big gray feral who was never trapped, so no pics of him. I should have one or two old pics of mom (white with a black tail) somewhere (I know the best picture was lost). She was adopted, but disappeared about a year later, and was never located.

Can Josie and I come to the reunion? I got her when I adopted some feral cats. She isn't feral, but won't use the litterbox, so her foster mom couldn't keep her. Luckily, we are out in the country, away from the road, and it is pretty safe for her here!

Her eyes are a bright, vivid green too!

Before Christmas last year, Josie's mini-me showed up. We called her Josie 2, until we learned she was a he! He was a sweet little love, and sat right next to her on her heating pad. He ended up being named Johann, and I sent him to my foster group to be neutered and adopted out.

Johann got neutered, and went to Petsmart the next Saturday with his new foster brother. He and Sebastian got adopted together by an nice couple. Johann is on the right, he hated the cage and being at Petsmart!
They ended up naming him Shadow, because he was followed the other tuxie so much. I love happy endings!

Sebastian looks a lot like Jamie. Another little "Felix"!
