Circle of Life

When I was attempting to define to myself why TCS feels so complete to me, I became aware that not only are we a community joined together by our love for cats but we are also joined together by two of the most dramatic events humans can experience, birth & death...at an accelerated pace.

In one visit, after reading a member's post, I might experience, grief (Crossing the Bridge) and joy, for a glorious baby kitten that has been adopted by a TCS family. Daily, I find myself howling with laughter from a story or photo... soon after I had just cried for someone's loss.

TCS enables me to experience the circle of life every day. I am beginning to feel a little wiser because of it.

How well phrased! Isn't it true! I have been brought to tears - of joy, sadness and just warm wonderful feelings on this site. I've never experienced the feelings or emotions in any other cyber space.

The special individuals that make up this web site, the owner Anne, Moderators and technical people combine to make this a very unique and wonderful experience and great way to spent cyber time.

Each and every person gives of themselves in a different and rewarding way.

Let's have a hand for everyone here!

But let's not forget the differences too. We all share the same love of cats yet we are unique and different. TCS has increased my understanding of myself through the diversities of the members. I salute you all!

i just wanted to say, i read "the hard decision" and i cried! and then i watched that "funny video" and i laughed so hard i cried some more! it made me think about how very blessed we all are to have these animals in our lives! they bring us so much love and so much laughter, and yes sometimes that means pain as well...we all vent about the anger we feel towards people who hate animals and i thought you know i dont think i could even imagine the lonliness of a life without animals! never to know a sweet kitties kisses, and the way their purr vibrates straight through to your heart, or the dog that TOTALLY FREAKS when you come home just because it's so happy you're back! most people don't even get that kind of affection from their families...even those of us who have lost our babies, at least we knew that and felt that and had that joy in our lives!we are all truly blessed!

I couldn't agree more with what you wrote. This is truly a wonderful site with some of the friendliest people I know, all of which are more than willing to give advice and a shoiulder to laught or cry on.
