Well it will be a 3 day weekend for me as I'm off monday.
A cold front is supposed to move through today-it was 80 on Tues-tomorrows's high 45!!
Hubby took of today to work on his workshop. I want to start chipping up all those branches we have and perhaps empty the compost pile HOW glamourus is that

Maybe rent some videos-I drank a bottle of wine this week already!!
Saturday I would like to go to a nursery and by some trees/shrubs.
My parents want to come on Sunday. I have to transplant my tomato plants into bigger pots and start getting stuff ready for my plant sale.
Monday-pick out some paint for the "workshop's exterior. Grocery shopping
blah, blah, blah..............................

You always seem to know how to go out and have a great time Susan!

I'm going to spend my weekend hovering over little Cosette, watching her recuperation from the spay like a hawk!
If she seems ok on Sunday, Bradley and I are going to hike one of the marshview trails on Skidaway Island
I really look forward to that. But, of course, Cozy gets top priority this weekend. Gotta watch my little baby!

Today I'll be going over to Brendan's, teaching a Body Pump class, and then coming back to my apartment to finish reading some chapter's and doing some homework.
Saturday I work at the visitation center at 8:30 am, followed by some volunteering at GPA until 2, and then over to Brendan's until 5:30 when he has to go to work, then back to my place to start writing my final essay in one class.
Sunday is my dad's birthday. So, Brendan is spending the night on Saturday and then going to work in the morning on Sunday. Once he leaves I'll be heading back to my parents for a few hours to celebrate my dad's b-day with the rest of my family. I'm pretty excited about it!!
Then I'll drive back to Orlando, Brendan will come over again, and we'll watch Desparate Housewives.

And that's my thrilling weekend!
wow you have a very busy weekend

And desperate housewives!!!!!!!!! I love that programme

I have been following the same routine as DarkeyedGirl - the last few weekends my husband and I have been working hard getting the yard and garden in shape. Most of our backyard is a hill and when it rains the top more often than not ends up at the bottom so we have buillt a retaining wall and have been filling in the space with mulch, clean fill and then covering it with topsoil. We just have another trailer load of mulch to pick up and about 400 more pounds of topsoil before we can put the garden in at the top of the wall. The other gardens are doing well and we have had our first harvests from the spring garden already - broccoli, mesclun, spinach, romaine, onions and chives:-) We also had company last week plus met up with another friend several hours drive away for a picnic on Sunday. This weekend? Well, tomorrow is the community garage sale so this week I have been going through the house and garage and gathering together items - today I get to price them and get things set up for 8 am tomorrow - and yes, the weather is supposed to be crud here too:-(. Ah well! I think I am going to go and have a massage next week - my muscles need it!

Let's see.... Trying to stay super-busy this weekend...

Today-got to go get my car inspected, do laundry, fax some loan papers, fill out some loan papers and mail them, volunteer at animal shelter, get pics developed of the kitties I am working with there, give Conner a bath, and go tan(I am doing the tan thing for me!), and tonight I have chapters to read for class. PHEWW!

Saturday- More chapters to read for school, I have some site visits to do for school (for reports), I volunteer at the animal shelter, cleaning out car, and meeting with a study group at 6. But watch out boys, cuz I am doing Susan's strappy heel thing Sat. night! WOOHOO!!

Sunday-More school crap (YUCK!) Maybe go grab some lunch with a friend, and spend some down time with some good movies with kitty while I recoop from my slight hangover from the saturday night wine!

TaaDaa!!! That is my lovely busy weekend!

We are getting back quite late tonight so tomorrow I will probably just relax!

Well let's see.

Today I am working on the first room we are remodeling. I'm priming the walls with a base coat so that I can paint the room tomorrow. We got some textured paint in a warm neutral color and I love it! I'll also be taking care of my little Sui and making sure she's happy and amused.

Tomorrow I am working on the room again. I'll be painting the walls and the new trim. Again, taking care of Sui and hopefully we order takeout from The Outback

Sunday the in-laws are coming down to help us lay the wood flooring and tile mosaic in the room we're remodeling. We may be finished as soon as Tuesday!!!!

My weekends are always so freakin boring.

If I get my replacement text book, Bozy ate my other, I will resume my studies Saturday. We have obedience classes at 1:30 Saturday then we'll do lunch, go to the feed store, then go home and relax. Sunday, weather permitting, we will start our long overdue yard work.

Isn't that just the way it is up here?? Us too, except we're down a spark plug on the mower and we have lots of grass (not as much as you!
). We've been waiting for the rains to clear and the ground to dry out.

Tomorrow we're taking sandy to Marymoor (dog run) as she just completed her shots and is ready! She's been much better, too.

Tonight I am going to take a hot bath and relax because Saturday is my day to clean the house and errand. Sunday I normally do my fun stuff but I have to help the husband cater a wedding. I always volunteer to "help" him when I need a little shopping money. He pays me well.

I'm so jealous of everyone in sunny places!! It's supposed to SNOW here tonight. (Yuk...I'm so tired of the stuff...it's OK in December, but this is April! I've got a terrible case of Spring Fever.)

Tonight hubby's out playing poker with his buddies, so it's a chick flick and hot bath night for me!

Tomorrow I start a class that goes on for the next 8 Saturdays. Should be interesting.

Sunday...probably cleaning.

4 day weekend, baby, yeah!
Tonight, I will drink beer & bore you guys on the computer for awhile.
Tomorrow before it rains, I would like to go to Wickham Park to see " The Moving Wall"- a big outdoor Veterans' event with a mock-up of the Vietnam War Memorial.
Sunday, (instead of Saturday) there is my favorite event of the year, the Melbourne Art Festival! It is like a huge street party that lasts all weekend with hundreds of artists, plus music, food & beer. They close off the entire Downtown Melbourne area with a big stage at one end. There are 2 guys that call themselves "Acousticon" -they are awesome on guitar. This year I'm buying at least one of their CDs. Plus I am an artist & get so psyched out by the whole thing, you can bet that on Monday & Tuesday, I'll be getting creative somehow.
