Need good vibes for new kitten i'm adopting, please!

Hello all!!!
My hubby finally said okay to another kitty!! Soooo... she is at UCDavis Vet center. The vet tech students there run a Orphan Kitten Organization and they foster the kittens themselvesOrphan Kitten Project So, i found her on Petfinder and I immediatley thought she was perfect. I am going up on Friday afternoon to meet her and to take care of the adoption stuff.

They said she doesnt weight enough yet to be spayed, it will be 2 or 3 more weeks. But they ween her, microchip her, give her the first 2 sets of shots, test her and spay her, then i get to bring her home! I am soooo happy guys!

So, i will be on TCS researching about introducing Sara to her new baby sister!

I would really appreciate any good vibes and prayers that this all goes smoothly for both people and the kitties! After the bad luck I had with Sara getting sick when i brought her home, i really want her to be okay!

Below is the picture of her off the website... i will take my camera with me Friday and get more... isnt she precious!!! I havent thought of a name yet. I will have to wait till I meet her, the lady said she is quite the little queen though!

Thank you guys! I am bouncing off the walls! I am nervous and excited and worried and did i mention excited!!

The lady said it was first come, first serve, so I emailed her and told her how much I was in love with this little girl! Hopefully she will understand and tell anyone else that is taken (since i am 1.5hrs away from her). I am just paranoid that she is going to give her to someone else

probably won't have those blue eyes when she's grown up (all kitties are blue-eyed) but the coloring is gorgeous.

I'm against buying kittens from pictures though, for my taste, i'd rather interact and find out what they're all about

yea sara had blue eyes too... now they are green/yellow!
her coloring is what attracted me too...

i get to meet her on friday afternoon, that is when i will decide if i really want her(which i know i will) and i do the adoption stuff... i have never bought a kitty from a picture either... but when we got sara, we went to the shelter and spent like 2 hours with 3 other kitties trying to decide and then my husband suggested getting the docile one that was sitting in the back not really interacing with us... (she was watching her 3 sisters climb all over us)

his reasoning is because people usually come in and pick the cat that is interacting with them and seems very attracted to them... not the one that doesnt act interested, then they stay there and no one wants them, and eventually....
so we picked her up, took her to the counter and told them we wanted her... we didnt spend 5 minutes with her...

i have never been so thankful for anything in my life... she is the best thing i could have ever hoped for... she is perfect, but then again, i am biased

that is the only reason i am not really worried about picking her before meeting her... but just in case, i am going friday

but i will still let everyone know how it goes when i come home... and i hope to have more photos!!!
