Back in March we had a thread for those amongst us trying to lose a few pounds to boast how well we were doing and try and motivate ourselves.

It's about 2 months later, so how's about an update? Apologies if there's been one and I missed it.

I'll start. When I posted back in March I'd lost 7.5 lbs. I went to Weightwatchers this morning and I'm an infuriating half a pound off losing a stone! Surely I should do it next week. I'm still losing at a rate of 1lb per week. It's not fast enough (nothing short of waking up at goal weight tomorrow would be), but I'm delighted with the loss and feel much less "bulky" already.

Are the rest of you keeping it up?
