I've wanted to keep an eye on CJ's kitten, but I have school, chores, and other stuff, and I can't keep going in and out of my room as much as I'd like to, fighting CJ when she wants out. So, I booted my computer up, and hooked up my camcorder and microphone to feed through my AOL Instant Messanger, so that I can watch and hear the AL and Mirah while in my living room, doing my school, chores, and etc! Isn't that a good idea!

In fact... they're sleeping right now!

I always wondered how you were posting from school. I know my daughter, who is 14, has a computer at school, in fact she just emailed me this morning, but it's only for one class...

Computer monitoring. Less expensive that the TV monitors they sell. Clever thinking.

Willow begs for the door to be opened so she can catch a reprieve from the kids every now and again. She usually just lays onthe bench in the hallway, but boy does she come running when she hears one holler!

Last night I was changing the bedding, Willow had gone downstairs for dinner for a change. The door was inadvertantly shut. The kiddies were none too happy to be awoken whilst I changed out their linnen and started whining. I could hear Willow bolt up the stairs and she actually growled at the door.
my daughter was afraid to open it

She was fine once she seen what i was doing. But funny how you can see a cat trying to "count" her kittens!

That explains it all... and here I thought you had a lap-top or something! My daughter begged me once to homeschool her. Ha! we can barely get through homework together some nights!

I have my laptop and everything I need right in my living room where I can be with my cats. They will come rubbing my legs every now and then, and I get to know what they were doing. I brought a laptop instead of a PC because I want to be around with my cats and my TV.

The only thing is that I got to remember to keep everything away before I go to bed.

Oh yah, I forgot to mention that sometime when they fight, they will chase each other around my living room. You have to be careful that they dun bang themselves onto the wire which connect from your power supply to your laptop. If they do that, they can bring your laptop down.
