the kittens was born on the 6th of this month. Up to today, mom was doing very well. The problem is that I haven't seen her nurse the kittens at all today. They are not whinning. Just laying there. She has moved them 3 times today, but will not go lay in the room with them. She just lay outside the closet and watch t hem.

I don't know why she is moving them. No one is touching them at all.

I did read the other post about making some milk for them so I guess my question is when do i do it?

where is she moving them? Is she moving them to another nest spot and you are moving them back? Is she putting them in various parts of the room and leaving them by themselves? Is she taking one kitten in particular and moving it somewhere off from the others? Are you keeping her enclosed in the room with them? How long are you going to watch her not nurse before you intervene?

she is moving them in the same room from corner to corner. I am not moving them at all. she would leave them by themselves but lay down and justwatch them. she is staying in the room with them. I had gone to the pet store to get bottles and kitten milk for them. When I got back, she was in the corner with them and they look like they were nursing.
so I didn't feed them. Maybe she just needed to get a rest form them. don't know.

I was getting very concerned because up to now, she was doing very well with them. She is always cleaning them. So maybe I just jump the gun. but she is now feeding them. thank you
