I'm not sure chick. Most people were saying yes, they take the old stuff out of drawers/closets, put them away, and get out the new stuff and put it in thier place. Why, what do you do with it???

Unfortunately I need to keep my winter clothes out because we don't exactly have the hottest summers. My summer clothes take up just two drawers.

I know a girl who has so many clothes that she literally has to box them up and put them in the loft to make room for the summer/winter clothes that come down from the same place!, lovely huh?!

In my wardrobe i just have a shelf for t-shirts, a shelf for jumpers etc...

Yup - we do that here!
I guess people are stuck for space in apartment buildings plus we have quite extreme seasons - you're never going to wear a skimpy t-shirt in the middle of Swiss winter
... so I guess it's quite practical. Personally, I don't box mine up - no space for the boxes
but I do stick the stuff in a drawer until next year!

That sounds like me! Not that I have so many clothes, but so little closet space.

I have lots of closet space, so I leave my winter clothes where they are. They just get filed out of the way for awhile.

Fortunately, my apt. came with an amazing walk-in closet, so I can leave out all clothes year-round. That just may change when Bradley moves in; it'll be quite a compromise to give up the fab closet space!

I used to box up my winter stuff cuz winter stuff like sweaters, long full wool skirts, boots, etc., is so BULKY and got in the way. But that was when I lived in a tiny, 2-bedroom condo with NO SPACE. Used to store the stuff in boxes in my garage (ick!)...

But now I'm in a big house with closet space & actual room to put things. So I'm leaving all my winter stuff hung up right where it is. Winter stuff on one side of the closet, and my sundresses & Summery things on the other.

I really don't have that many winter clothes that would be stored in my dresser to begin with. I have a bunch of sweaters and jackets but they're all in my closet. I just keep all of my clothes in the same drawers year round. This is Florida after all so 9/10ths of my clothes are summer appropriate anyway!

I put my winter clothes away for the season, and bring out all my summer clothes. I have so many clothes I wouldn't be able to keep them all in my closet.
