Good News About FIV positive Kitty!!!!

After exhaustive talking, posting, calling everyone I know and telling my story everywhere- I have found a SAINT in Springfield who will foster my little stray FIV positive boy.

She said she has always wanted to open an adoption agency for "special needs FIV positive kitties" and hearing about this is spurring her to take action.

She believes she knows a home for him in Kentucky as well, but must wait and see.

I am so relieved. I just feel like collapsing. I have become so involved with this. Anyhow, it hasn't happened yet. She and a friend of mine will take him there on Sunday though. As they say in kitty-land, everyone keep your paws-pressed for this to keep working out!!

Oh I am so happy it worked out!! I could give you a big hug for helping him and giving him a chance. Most people would have euthanized right there and then. You must be his guardian angel

That's wonderful news! Just because he has FIV doesn't mean it's a death sentence. I'm glad he'll be going to a new home. Great job!!
