Loving my beautiful baby girl
Congratulations, Cathi! You made it through!
You deserve to do absolutely anything you'd like today! Bet you have a few babies who will enjoy extra time with their Mom! You've been couped up too long. If it's a lovely day, perhaps you could do something outside!

There's no place like home
Cathi - I feel for all of the accountants this time of year!! Glad to hear you made it thru another tax season!!

I suggest a long soak in a bubble bath with a glass of wine, followed up with a dinner on the town and a movie.

hmmmmm that sounds nice. I think that would be wonderful. I must admit that this tax season wasn't as bad as last tax season. I was horriably sick last year and worked through it all while fighting with my gremlin and fever that shot up to 102 on April 15th. There was no way I could stay at home.

This year my boss hired me an assistant. She made my job a lot easier. While I had to deal directly with a grouchy boss
I warned her to just let me deal with him since I know how he is and I didn't want her to be left in tears. Bless her heart she did good through it all.

Congrats!!! I think you should enjoy the outdoors if the weather is pretty. If not I vote for the tub, maybe some reading, or curl up on the sofa and watch a good movie.

Oh I just had a flashback to when I was in public accounting and tax season. I was always so brain dead on April 16th I would get a get a movie, a bucket of popcorn, some chocolate, my favorite bath salts and other relaxing items. I would then spend the day with nothing more strenous to think about than what I wanted to do first, relaxing bath, a walk through the neighborhood or a movie that came out I didn't have the time to watch.

Congratulations on making through tax season. Four months til August 15th.

Yay Cathi!
I have yet to do my taxes!
This weekend... for SURE!

Though in the meantime, I'm on my way out for a good long walk or a scooter ride... it's GORGEOUS out today!

Congratulations on surviving another tax season, Cathi!!
I'd say you should go "as the spirit moves" and if it doesn't, well then neither do you

It was a nice relaxing day just lazing around and doing nothing
I took a long soak in the tub with some scented candles and soft music playing in the background, I looked like a prune when I got out I was so wrinkled. Of course that could be from the stress of working too

I tell ya it has been so long since I just lazed around that I think I have died and gone straight to heaven. I did spend some time out doors with my big furbabies, Nakitia, Dakota and Tala. Boy do they need combing and brushing, but that will have to wait until next weekend. Naptime was wonderful too.
