Congratulations fwan!!! I had a stepper years ago but could not figure out how to work it right, the most I could do was about 5 steps then both of my feet would sink down together.

doesnt that mean you are buring off the excess fat?

I noticed when i lost weight that when i got home and sat down, my butt and legs would get all bubbly, (you couldnt see it you could just feel it)

A stair stepper, I think. I used one once. Thought I was going to die...

Congratulations, fwan! Take it slow the first few days. Gradually build up on that, or you won't be able to walk.

Fran use it for a short time to start off with or you can do yourself an injury otherwise.

Start off doing it for 4 minutes for a few days then increase it by a minute every week after that, because thats what our instructors at the gym tell us.
