What's for dinner? 4/15

I miss the dinner threads! What is everyone having? Does anyone have to dash off to mail taxes first?

I am going to make hot and sour soup tonight, I feel kind of yucky and it sounds like a healthy dish-tofu and ginger etc.

boring Cereal with banana just... ...(just on diet.... ..)

Ugh, hub is cooking dinner for our bakery landlord and his wife tonight.....Catfish, fries, hush puppies, slaw and chocolate cake for dessert! Beats the heck out of Frosted Flakes, but somehow, I'm not looking forward to this guys, would rather be at home with the kits tonight, lol!

We went out for dinner and i had a cheese platter first and then a chicken risotto

Tonight is Pizza night.

It's time for some veal. Haven't decided yet whether to go with the house favourite with tarragon/parmesan, or have a change of pace and do piccata. Either way, buttered noodles with fresh garlic chives, and a salad of baby greens with marinated mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Dessert? Hmmmm...may visit my favourite bakery and pick up some tiramisu...?

It's a gorgeous evening and we're going to fire up the grill!!!
Burgers and hotdogs and chips.... Yummy!!!

Cheese Manicotti!!!

We're picking up burgers from Wendy's tonight! I'm taking the night off!

Friday night is pizza night at our house, too.
My husband's always working and my son and I plop down in front of Cartoon Network and chow down!
