Ok well - my cat Loonie Toones was 67 days, and she had an internal problem which meant she couldn't give birth. She had to have a C-Section, and the kittens were really HUGE and their feet were enormous and the placentas had already started to rot.

sorry it took me so long to give and update...the vet said momma is fine and so are babies. He said were they dont know the exact date of the mating they had to take a guess when the due date was...so he said dont worry within a week she will have them...she has milk and babies are active and she is nesting...all good signs.

CJ had that greenish yellowish mucous plug a week before she had the kittens. Though, the reddish pinkish only came a few hours before she had them.

Congrats on the kittens! Keep us updated!

well i thought we were only having 4 kittens.....but i felt something in their 2 hours later that seemed like another kitten head...i called the vet at 3 pm and told them. they said she may be taken a break between having the next kitty but if she didnt have it by 8 pm to take her in to emergency vet....well thank goodness at 6 she had another health baby
down side is.... she was so tierd she just now pushed out the placenta and it is 9 pm....i just got off the phone with the vet again because i feel ANOTHER kitten...they think she is waiting it out because she is pooped...and all the kittens are healthy wait another few hours to see if she has it and if not then bring her in...
boy oh boy...she has been in labor since 10 am this morning i only hope she has the energy to push it out.
any advise
Thanks
Wendy

Awww, I'm sorry.
I know how you feel. I've lost a still born, lost it's sister two days later, and lost a 2 day old kitten just recently that was my own kitties. So, I know how you feel.
But you have 5 other babies that need you, and I hope they are all healthy!

Congrats!
Cassie
