My online name is spree(Never give out your real one, O_O STRANGER DANGER :O *joking*)and I'm semi-new to the site. I have two cats, Elliot who is my almost three year old 20lb neuterd orange tabby. Hm.. He likes to eat, and sleep, and roll in the dirt outside. His favorite things are those craft puffballs, he goes crazy. He fetches, sits, knows up, down, 'round, beg and is a pretty good mole hunter (though we really dont want him huntin them)Pretty smart but too lazy to apply himself.
I have a roughly 5lb female 9month old black kitty (SHe's not skinny she just has a very high metabolism and is extremely active). She has a little white spot on her chest and on her belly. Her name is Aerowyn. She likes.. climbing trees, dreaming of eating birds, neck rubs, this little stuffed sock on a string I bought from dollar general, her squirrel (Its a strip of leftover fabric hooked to the end of Eli's leash which is tied to a tree, i pull the leash all the way out and let go of it and she races after it) and fingers. She also knows some tricks, but is not as smart as Elliot.She knows up, 'round, and she can walk on her hind legs for a treat. She isnt fixed because one day I want to let her have one litter of kittens. She has the most beautiful eyes, and I'm not just saying that because she's my cat (and everyone thinks their cats have beautiful eyes
) Her fur is also unusually soft like an angora rabbit, though she's shorthair. (Blah blah blah brag )
They are inside cats, but I often take them outside on their leashes. Elliot has a Red harness that goes around his neck and belly (in case they decide to run after something quickly they wont hurt their necks) and he has a Red 25foot retractable leash thingy. Aerowyn has the same except hers are in blue, and she has an actual cat harness (Eli is so big I had to get him a small dog harness O_O ) Elliot walks good on the leash actually and knows heel, but if he wants off of it he'll back out and run into the backyard or something. I'm starting to teach aerowyn, but its not going very good
whenever I pull her toward me and then let some slack so she knows to follow me, she goes in the opposite direction.. blah.. She also likes to get running starts and jump like four feet up a tree trunk and hang there for a while, but glares at me when the leash stops her.
Both my kitties are very vocal and like most cat owners I can usually tell what they want. When they go Meowreow? I know they are saying Mom?/What are you doing?/Where are you?/Hello? and when they go mreaaaao they say There you are!/Im bored/Hello! they also say I want to go outside!/ I want to drink from the sink, I'm hungry/ Save me from Elliot!/Aerowyn and my personal favorite What do you want?!!! Which is usually a "Murrff?" when I poke them when they are sleeping ^_^
Hm. oh yeah.. about me I guess.. I'm 17 and a senior in high school... I like reading, the computer, neopets, cats, sleeping, being random, and bacon. Mmmm bacon. I have other pets also which include a Beta Fish (Siamese fighting fish or something like that ) named Kai, a female leopard gecko named Anika, and a female patternless gecko named Oz. I also have a little thing of beetles which I am raising to get mealworms for my lizards. ^_^ Yep.. I think that's enough bragging for today :O I hope to be able to help alot of people and get help from people on this site ^_^ See you later!
