Yep.... works for me. My mouth is watering. All you need are some bacon bits and green onions.

Has anyone ever had "washed curd cheese?" I used to buy it in Connecuticut about 25 years ago made by Hellava Good, but haven't seen it since. It was wonderful and so sharp I almost cut my mouth on it!!!
What exactly is "washed curd cheese"? I like curds of cheese because there's some extra bit of saltiness left on them.

There was a cheese factory in Oregon where my exhusband is from. We would go there and buy a bag of "curds" They were so good and seemed to me, when you rolled them around in your mouth against your teeth, they kind of felt "squeaky"!

i'm also a cheese lover - especially Mi Mimolette,
Abbey Postel
& Beemster. i've also tried Montgomery's Cheddar, which is also good... but i only tried it because my family of origin's surname was/is Montgomery
