What exactly is "washed curd cheese"? I like curds of cheese because there's some extra bit of saltiness left on them.

There was a cheese factory in Oregon where my exhusband is from. We would go there and buy a bag of "curds" They were so good and seemed to me, when you rolled them around in your mouth against your teeth, they kind of felt "squeaky"!

This is not fair. I have an hour and a half to survive until lunch time, to get ANY food, and you're all torturing me with talk of CHEEEEEEEEESE Cruel! Cruel! Cruel!

So if I have to suffer, so does everyone else ...Cheddar, Brie, Camembert, Cambozola, Stilton, Roquefort, all the other blues, Oka, Jarlsberg...ohicantstanditanymoremykeyboardisdrippingandimgoingtorunoffwithacase ofthescreamingmeemies....

I have to tell you guys.. there's probably no one that can out cheese me.. I even like LIMBURGER cheese!!
