While I absolutely hate to do this....

NEITHER OF YOU LOVE CHEESE MORE THAN ME!

Now that I have got that out, I really hope you understand!
I have been trying my best to stay out of the threads that you 2 are involved in about cheese, but I can contain myself no longer.

It had to be said, I am sorry. I hope we can continue to speak kindly of each other, but when it comes to cheese, cheddar, provolone, jack, even blue, any type... You can not beat me

Oh, I absolutely LOVE cheese, almost any kind other than swiss. YUCK! But, if I knew the cheese had to rot to be good, I might change my mind! LOL

For those of you who don't eat cheese - GOOD! MORE FOR US!!!

Has anyone ever had "washed curd cheese?" I used to buy it in Connecuticut about 25 years ago made by Hellava Good, but haven't seen it since. It was wonderful and so sharp I almost cut my mouth on it!!!
