Keeping it light hearted, (there's enough in the world to depress us).

If you could say sorry for something in your past (but can't, either because the person's not around any more, or you're just chicken) what would it be?

I'll start with an apology to my poor old dad, for pulling faces at him and moaning when he nagged about us not squashing packages when putting them in the bin, to save space. I now get cross with people for the same thing.

Also, I'd apologise to my brother for trying to get him into trouble then we were small, by glueing a large ash tray to the dining room table, (totally out of character for me) and swearing blind it wasn't me (I was caught out in the end
)

I would apologize for all of the stupid fibs that my friends and I told through high school. Like: Oh, I cant go out with you, I have a boyfriend. But we didnt. We just didnt want to be mean and say we werent interested. I did it because I didnt want to be close to anybody not knowing if I could commit to any kind of relationship because my responsibilities were so high for my age. So, I lied for a long time to avoid any kind of relationship. Hmm. My husband didnt take the hint though. He waited and waited and waited for me to come around, not dating anyone else! I still feel terrible about fibbing to this day, because I hate it, but I didnt want to hurt feelings!

I would also apologize for all the fights I had with my sister. We are best friends now, and it makes me wonder if we could have been this way all along!

I'd have to say I'm sorry to the girls in my girl scout troop, for licking the middles out of the oreos and sticking them back together, then giving them away to them! (they never knew the difference!)

Either that or be your enemy!
Phbbbbt ! If you thought I was bad to my friends, you should have seen what I did to my enemies! Remember, I didn't have any brothers or sisters, so I tortured the other kids!

Well, if I'm going to apologize it's going to be for something serious, so for those who don't want serious, please skip this post.

I would apologize for three things...

First, to my dad, because if I had been around when he called looking for me, I could have saved his life.

Second, to my grandma, because I wish I had kept in touch with her before she got Alzheimers.

Third, to my last boyfriend, who loved me and stuck by me, but I didn't know how to show him I loved him back.

I would have to say I'm sorry to my Grampap-he always used to play solitaire at his kitchen table & when I was little, I would come along, act all sweet, trying to fool him, & would destroy his game with a sweep of my hands & run away!
