Way back in December I believe I mentioned that my sister and I were planning a cruise for my parents 50th wedding anniversary.
Well Ms Eddie hooked me up with a wonderful travel agent and just about everything is set for their trip.
Next month my parents are flying to Vancouver for a couple of days before they depart on a 12 day Princess Alaskan Cruisetour.
The travel agent is using a boutique hotel in downtown Vancouver and so far are upgraded to a mini-suite w/balconey on the ship.
My parents are excited as my dad was stationed up in Alaska during the "korean conflict" and talks about Alaska all the time.
Yes it was a chunk of money as it is only my sister and I to split the costs, but I look at it this way 50th wedding anniversary is a very special day for them.
