Straight out of a can with saltines, or mixed with mayo and on saltines, in tuna salad, use the tuna salad with a slice of cheese to make a tuna melt......

I don't really like tuna much, but if it's the ONLY thing left in the cupboard then I will sprinkle some over a salad!

The only way I'll eat tuna is if my Mom makes her tuna caserole. And yes it has to be Mom's tuna caserole no one elses. Any other way, it's gross.

Mmmm, sushi. I also like the shanghai-style rare tuna steak from a local fish restaurant (ginger/soy sauce marinade and very lightly seared).

I eat it in tuna casserole and in sandwiches and my kids drink the juice.

How can I make a tuna casserole low fat do you think?
Take the can of tuna, drain the juices into a few bowls, set the tunajuice bowls on the kitchen floor and let the frenzy begin. (I do not do this often... it's just a treat!)

Then I put the tuna into a bowl & SMOTHER it with pepper. Maybe a little lemon if I have it handy.

Another great thing is to take leftover Mac & Cheese & mix that tuna in with it.

Or, a tuna melt; make yerself a grilled cheese samich & put the tuna in there while the cheese is still melty.

Well, I haven't had tuna since I turned vegetarian but when I used to eat it I'd squeeze out the water and eat it right out of the can.
