Woah!! I just realised my boys are only a month of being ONE YEAR OLD

Gees that went fast!

Just wanted to check if there's anything specific I need to do when transferring them over to adult food?

They're actually on Royal Canin Young Male (for neutered males up to age 4 I think) at the vets suggestions (they had highly concentrated urine) and the free feed on that during the day/night.

I feed them whiskas pouches morning and night (I know it's "junk" food but the vet was happy with this given they're on such high quality dry food, and they refuse to eat any can food!).

My idea is just to introduce one flavour at a time, mixing half/half with the kitten initially one to ensure they don't get upset tummies (this has happenned in the past on some of the kitten flavours).

Does this sound ok?

Anything else I should be doing differently now they're "big boys"?

Thanks!
Sarah

No, just a gradual trial of any new flavor...you are keeping them on their current dry food since it was for up to age 4 (assuming you meant 4 years), correct?

Yep, correct. They will stay on the same dry food, it's only new wet food I am changing.
