Gail, probably will be pork and chicken. I had to go looking back a bit, there is a thread several weeks ago where I was tweaking my menu page and business card, here

But here is a copy of the outside of the menu, before I finished tweaking it the last time.

Fwan, techically, its' a bit of both. Hub will be cooking all kinds of baked goods, and will be doing catered events too, but not opening the dining area except for private parties and such.

Gail, apparantly photobucket ate my inside menu ! Mostly, will be doing whatever is ordered, and lunches for the doctors offices and such.

I don't know if you want the fabric cover look, which of course would be softer and more comfortable looking...but if you're just looking for a way not to have yellow seats, my mom has discovered some stuff called melamine paint. it goes on easily, can come in all kinds of colours and is really durable. we used it on our countertop in the bathroom and on a table that mom refinished in the kitchen. It would be great for that purpose.

Hmm, I'll have to check into that, thanks!

Thank you for NOT yet posting food pictures. I don't know if my growling stomach could have taken it! I'm still thinking about those cinnamon buns you mentioned last week!

Cindy, that's bigger than I expected - more of a "Konditerei" (usually spelled "Conditerei" in Philly) than a "bakery". A "bakery" specializes in bread/rolls, a cafÃ[emoji]169[/emoji] in cakes, while a "Konditerei" has both, with takeout, and tables where you can sit and enjoy the goodies with coffee or tea. And perhaps a selection of newspapers or magazines for those who stop in alone.

Tricia, it actually is set up for a full scale eatery, and if it were in a busier section of town, we'd probably open it up that way, even for just the pasteries and such, but its actually about a mile and a half from town, so just easier to cook it there and sell it here at the store.
