I can't decide if this is a fur pic or a people pic

Here is a photo I found of my nephew when I was trying to organize some I hadn't put away. This is R.B. the cat. He was a tomcat that my parents took in. He's amazing. He came back one day and half his tail was gone, but he was O.K. I am 99% sure this is George's dad. When I found George in the leaf pile. He was left right next to the shed R.B. slept in. Mom didn't come back. Sorta like she was saying "Here's your son, you take care of him"
