OMG. Well we've had her room door open since last weekend and put a baby gate up. The cats can jump over it if they want but haven't yet. That's until just now. I went to go check on her and she was actually walking around the room and guess who was in there just laying on the floor. It was Buzz! He's been angry ever since he got to know about her and now he's hanging with her. YAY! Ashly and Missy also kissed each other through the gate.

All I can say is YESSSSS!

Leah that is just the best news to wake up to! Is Buzz one of the shepherds or another kitty? I lost track of your menagerie
. I wish we could just produce instant photos when that happens. Congrats - you have a very special place down there.

He's my only male kitty. The big Orange one. I took it a step further, the dogs are out right now. I don't trust them quite yet but I opened the gate and she immediately took to exploring the upstairs with Buzz and Missy in tow. Emmy I think might be a problem as she doesn't want anything to do with her she just growls. Oh well, we'll see. I'll update more later. I have photos already but wont be able to download them until Monday. I do all of that photo stuff at work.

This is indeed wonderful to hear!
Did the vet think she has a hernia? Or was that something else?

You hit the nail on the head MA. It was a hernia and they took good care of it. They went in in two different spots. One for the hernia and one for the spay. The wounds are healing beautifully.
