He's not a breed. A cat that isn't a registered breed is a called a Domistic shorthair.

However, a black and white cat it a Tuxedo, if you perfer to call him that.

He's adorable, by the way.

Actually, I would go with DLH (domestic long hair).

DSH, with a very rare form of the white spotting factor gene. White face with black nose, and black paw pads on white feet is unusual.
