Under the cats, mostly.
Awww sweetie, I hate that too. Fortunately I don't suffer very much with it now. Truth be told, chocolate really helps
Something to do with it boosting seratonin levels and endorphins... so now you have a legitimate reason for pigging the good stuff!! If you get a chance, maybe at lunch you can go to a chemists? Usually they stock these self-heating pads for backache - they're really good on cramps and I think they might even have started to make them specifically for that.... As long as you don't try and crunch up in a little ball of pain (which is difficult to say the least because it's the only hting you feel like doing) then you can dull the pain a fair bit. Find excuses to get up and walk about a bit, stretch for things... I'm sure you know all of these, but I also know it doesn't help when you just hurt and you want to go and feel sorry for yourself somewhere. When you get home, treat yourself to a long hot bath and take a hot water bottle to bed (and a bottle of something)
and have a great big feel better hug from me

ENGLAND... LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY!
And who said it was easy being a woman?!

Gilly like Emma said a hottie bottle works wonders and i always take ibuprofen because i refuse to suffer pain in this day and age.

Hope it goes away soon

Thanks girls...
Sorry to whinge... lol

I have taken some ibruprofen and just gone for a wander up and down the office stairs. I sometimes use a hot water bottle/heat pad at home but it's a bit difficult at work....

It's only just gone 11am and I have eaten two chocolate brownies already (and downed about 3 cups of tea!!)

Roll on home time!!! A hot bath sounds so appealing right now as well.

Yup - being a woman sometimes sucks!!!!!

It says that you need to "teach" the cat how to use the magnet on the collar.... I need to get him used to the collar first! lol
I can see how much fun I am going to be having this weekend.
