Yea!! BP is coming down!!

A month ago I went to my doc. My blood pressure was 150/100!!!!

I went into day for a check, and it's down to 124/86! YIPEEE!!!

The bottom number could be lower, but hey, it's coming down! I'm happy!!

Excellent! If you don't already have a home BP machine, the digital ones are easy to read. Ours was about $45.00.

Great news, Susie! A lot of people don't realize that high blood pressure can cause some SERIOUS problems if it's untreated.
