Fried chicken with a bit of a twist - added sesame seeds to the panko bread crumbs - which is my second dry layer.

Mashed cauliflower (my low carb sub for mashed potatoes, still use sour cream though!), salad, and for my dessert, a few of Emily's brand chocolate covered huge macademia nuts, and a great cuppa coffee

Movin' on up!
I made three-cheese (Parmesan, mozzarella, asagio) lasagne and toasted some roasted garlic bread. I use these cheeses because Bill and I hate ricotta!

As my husband is away playing golf and our daughter is at a friends for tea tonight, my son and I are going out to the charcoal chicken for tea. GREAT no dishes to wash tonight.

As usually I've had the same thing all week. Cheese pizza sometimes it's a pain living alone cause it takes so long to eat up all the left overs.

My boyfriend is greek, and his grandmother makes tzatziki. She makes two kinds...one for their restaurant and one extra strong real greek one for the family! Now, that'll knock your socks off!

Yeah, my recipe is good, but it doesn't call for anything like enough garlic
I always at least double it

If you weren't in germany, I'd think he'd gotten ahold of some of my bf's grandma's tzatziki! It can really pack a punch, huh?

Well, since Jake has a night class, I have no idea what I am going to eat. Hes going to have chinese which will make him happy as I am not a fan of chinese food - no idea why.

So I am going to have to forage through the cupboards and find something.
