The wind here is crazy!!!! My carport is covered with leaves, can't even see the cement any more! I just cleaned all of the leaves out of there Sunday and also cleaned the yard!

I love that wind delivers a nice breeze of cool air but man, it's hard to stand on 2 feet out there!

I guess I need to prepare for hurricane season now. Every time the wind starts coming like that, I now it's time.

I need some vibes this hurricane season! I'm due to deliver my second child at the end of the season!

Guess I had better start making my list of "evacuation treasure items". Every year, I make a list of things that I could not stand to live without such as photos, heirlooms from grandparents and of course, things like water, canned foods, bathroom items etc. That way when one heads this way, I know I won't forget anything.

I'm praying that Florida gets a rest this year but I sure don't want the hurricanes soming here either!

Awww good luck

Hey it's windy over here too! I have this picture covering the fireplace in a large wooden frame to keep the draft out. At about 3 am I woke up because I heard this massive bang!
The picture had blown over and slammed onto the floor! It really scared me as apart from my cat and two goldfish, I live alone!

Well Fwan, If you come to America may I suggest the south? At least with hurricanes, we know at least a week in advance. With a tornado or earth quake there is little or no warning. Also we have great people here that pitch in and help the entire neighborhood clean up!
We only get hit REAL bad it seems about every 15-30 years. (Just in time to update your house.....make sure you have good insurance - LOL)

I'm due Oct. 17th. My due date on my first one was May 17th....he was born on the 2nd. Anyonw wanna make some bets? I'm betting this one will be born on Oct. 2nd!

My sisters and I were all born on a 3rd of a month.....no scheduled births either!

Yeah, I think that I would have freaked out too!!! I can hear the wind and actullay feel it whipping down my fireplace. My dog is enjoying it though. He's layiing in the middle on the yard on his back with hislegs in the air enjoying the wind!

Thank you very much Eva!

I'm sending you good vibes too. Just out of curiousity, did you find anything more out? I hope all is well. PM me when you feel up to it.
